Heinemann’s Engineering capability stems from hundreds of man years experience assembling and customizing Heinemann Circuit Breakers in applications such as: Naval Vessels, Computer Systems, Electric Locomotives, Passenger Rail Cars, & Electric Automobiles.

About Us

In the beginning Heinemann engaged solely in the installation of electrical wiring systems. Unlike today, the equipment used by electrical installers was not readily available, so Heinemann had to make its own.

Who We are

In 1927, the company began development of an automatic protective device that could be reset rather than replaced – the circuit breaker. In 1932, Heinemann patented a radically different kind of circuit breaker, the hydraulic-magnetic breaker.

50 Years Experience

Over the last 50 years, Heinemann has introduced many new products to the Hydraulic/Magnetic Circuit Breaker product line, extending its capability while maintaining its compact size.

OUR PRODUCTS

Our Heinemann Hydraulic-Magnetic Circuit Breakers are manufactured in Canada, where we tailor our products to suit their end’s user applications, while offering one of the briefest Delivery Times in the industry.

Heinemann Custom Control Panels are built to CSA standards file LR 33076. Our designs are synergized to your application resulting in smaller panels which are easier to handle and install.

Circuit Breakers

Heinemann has many years experience with Circuit Breakers. We invented the Hydraulic Magnetic Circuit Breaker in 1932. Today, our products are capable of carrying from 0.1 to 1200 Amps.
